6 Unplug your modem and router from the power outlets for 5 minutes.
7 Plug your modem and router back to the outlets.
8 Wait for your modem and router to be back up to speed and running.
9 Power up your TV and firestick.
10 Log into carbon player (do not browse channels, movies or series)
11 Log out the carbon player using the logout option on the menu, NOT USING THE BACK BUTTON).
12 Clear unnecessary apps from your firestick.
13 Clear the cache of all the apps on the firestick.
14 Log back into carbon player and start using it normally.
 
If you are using a VPN, try selecting a VPN location closer to you, if the problem persist, disable the VPN. If the issue is still not solved, your internet connection might not be stable (meaning it speed is not constant) this can be due many devices connected at the same time, router not able to handle all of the devices.
